With views to the south of the White Mountains and to the north and north west looking out over Souda Bay, our homes are well placed for those who want to 'get away from it all' and escape to the real Crete, but are still close to major towns and airports for those who want to take in the local nightlife or a little 'retail therapy'.
The villas are within 500 metres from the charming village of Litsarda. There is a cafeneon that doubles up as the local shop which is handy for everyday items. The traditional town of Vamos (it is a large village really!) is only 2 kilometres away where there is a bank, post office, municipal offices and a variety of stores and restaurants.
The popular seaside towns of Kalives and Almerida with their sandy beaches, restaurants and taverns are about 10 minute drive away.
The villas are some 40 minutes drive to Chania, the old capital of Crete. Chania International Airport is 35 minutes away. Heraklion International Airport is about an hour and quarter drive away.
